November reflections and Decembers desires

Alright so I've done pretty well achieving my November goals, I posted pretty much every day: on here and on my Youtube channel, and I finally started to Vlog! I bought a new Olympus Pen which IS SO GOOD and cracked on with making videos and I LOVE it! It's nearly Christmas and so I thought why not give myself a few new habits to take on board before the new year so I have more of a chance of sticking to them lol.

So here are my December desires:

Actually read at least one page of a book.

So I'm pretty annoyed at myself because I think I've only read ONE book this entire year when I've been setting a 'READ MORE' goal every bloody month! So hopefully I'll be able to manage at least a page...right?

Walk for at least 10 minutes a day

In reality, I'm not going to exercise. I hate exercise. But I like walking, and I like nature so I will try to walk for at least 10 minutes a day or walk up the stairs 10 times if I don't leave the house.

Be more present

I'm usually on my phone or doing something whilst speaking with someone. I find this pretty crap because I know I'm not giving them my full attention and I always feel bad about it so I'm gunna try and be more present with others and myself cause actual human interaction is better than online interaction sometimes

I'm only setting myself 3 realistic goals because I'm fed up of setting goals and then two day's later being like "lol, nah" You gotta think realistically when you set goals otherwise you'll set yourself up for failure. Remember, anything more than what you're doing now is better than carrying on doing the exact same thing.

What are your goals for December?

  1. My number one goal for December is to spend more time with my family. With all the stress that comes with school I spent way too many evenings just sitting in my room these past few months but since I'm graduating in like two weeks I'm looking forward to some movie evenings with my family :) Good luck with all of your goals x

  2. One of my goals is to get more cardio. I workout a 4/5 times a week but I never have a chance to get my cardio in. So I intend to start walking, running, dancing, etc. Whatever gets my heart pumping! ♥

    1. Oooh nice! See I've tried running but I really don't like it so I don't do it any more haha but I hope you've managed to do more heart pumping activities lately! xxx

  3. Congratulations on achieving your November goals! I also get distracted by my phone quite a lot, so I'm trying my best to put it away and on silent when I'm with someone - I'm doing alright so far! xx
